Who may reserve a study room?
WVC students or employees may reserve one study room per day for up to 4 hours.
- To claim, please arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time.
- To change or cancel your reservation, please contact the library, or follow the link in your confirmation email.
We cannot accommodate same-day reservations after the library has opened. Please make your reservation prior to 8 am.
Community patrons are unable to reserve study rooms, but are welcome to use an open room during times of low traffic.
This study room looks empty--can I use it?
An open door generally indicates that a room is available. Please check the posted schedule for any upcoming reservations.
If a reservation has not been claimed within 10 minutes of its start time, the room will be made available to other patrons on a first-come basis.
